Try these for something a bit different this year!
| 1 cup graham cracker crumbs | 1/2 cup Ground pecans | 2 tablespoons sugar | 1/8 teaspoon ginger | 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine |
Mix all ingredients ,pour into shell and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
| pecan halves | whipped cream |
| 2 cups milk |
| 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix |
| 1 cup canned pumpkin |
| 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 cup whipped topping, (Cool whip) |
| 1 Baked 9", cooled pie shell |
Combine milk,pie filling mix,pumpkin,spice and topping in a deep narrow bottom bowl.Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.Pour into pie shell.Chill until set,at least 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecans,if desired.
