2 = tsp regular or bread machine yeast |

place dough ingredients in pan in order listed select white
dough cut dough in to 15 pieces cover with a towel to prevent drying
roll each piece in to a 15 inch rope twist
in to a pretzel shape cover and let rise 20 to 25 minutes
heat oven to 375 grease a cookie sheet dissolve 3 tablespoons
salt into 2 quarts of boiling water lower 2 or three
pretzels at a time in to boiling water boil 2 minutes
turning once remove to paper towels for a few seconds
then place on cookie sheet = inch apart beat one tablespoon
of water and egg together brush over pretzels sprinkle
with coarse salt bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
